All orders are processed and packaging during the designated dispatch days and times which can be found in the delivery section of this site. This section offers expected delivery times depending on your location. If you do not receive your package within the specified time frame for your location then we advise you to contact us. All parcels to the U.K mainland (excluding the Highland of Scotland) are delivered via FedEx with a tracking service.
If for whatever reason an item that you have ordered is of stock, we will contact you to inform you before we proceed with processing, packaging and the delivering of your order. You will have the option to opt out of your order should we be unable to supply you with an out of stock item within an agreed acceptable time period.
An existing contract between us, “Planet Aviary,” and yourself will only come into effect once you have received confirmation that your order has been accepted.
Protection of Personal Information
When you purchase goods from our online store, it is necessary for us to collect personal information from you in order to process your order. Such information includes, Names, Address and contact details (Email and telephone). We honour your confidentiality at Planet Aviary, all personal information remains strictly private and is not released to any third parties outside of what is necessary for the processing and delivery of your order.
We reserve the right to occasionally send you information for marketing purposes, unless you choose to opt out of this.
Any credit card details you supply to us for processing your order are transmitted over a secure SSL link.
Damaged or Incorrect Order
We advise that all orders should be checked against your receipt the same day as your delivery arrives. Should you find any goods to be damaged or for the order to be incorrect then we must be notified within 3 days of your delivery arrival date, we will only be able to assume responsibility for damaged or incorrect items within this time period.
At Planet Aviary we wish to ensure customer satisfaction. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s) to us in their original condition. This must be done within 14 days of receipt. We will be able to offer you a refund within this 14 day period only. Refunds will be issued so long as the Item(s) are returned in their original packaging, unused and unopen. Furthermore we cannot assume responsibility for item(s) until they have reached us. Any costs involved in returning an item(s) to us is your responsibility.
Any claims against us are limited to the value of the goods only. When you make a purchase with us you agree to all our terms and conditions.
